Kings County Criminal Courthouse

The renovation of this historic building will include a complete redesign of the Lobby lighting to provide a more welcoming experience and ease the wayfinding process

IvyCrossing Corporate Park

Attracting multiple tenants is the goal for the owner of this existing corporate campus. Illumination Arts is designing the lighting for their high-end marketing office and new entries, corridors and exterior plazas.

Jersey City Public Library - Miller Branch

Pleased with the design for the renovation and restoration of their historic Greenville Branch, JCPL hired the same team of designers for their upcoming renovation at the Miller Branch.

Penn State University Berks Campus

Intended to serve many purposes, this classroom and lab building will also include a café, collaborative work space, faculty and staff offices, and a variety of classroom and lab spaces.

kcICON/Paseo Bridge

Illumination Arts was on the winning team for the signature bridge portion of the kcICON corridor in Kansas City, MO.  Color changing LED necklace panels will outline the edge of the bridge as it crosses the river, while the array of cables will be highlighted to reveal the intricate form.

The Irving Convention Center

This cutting edge convention center will be a LEED-certified, state-of-the-art facility. IA is designing the lighting for all interior and exterior spaces, including a 10-acre site.

The expansion and renovation of their sports facility will include a new natatorium, a fitness center and expanded public gathering areas. The contemporary design of the building will include luminous polycarbonate walls to allow daylight to penetrate all of the spaces within the building.

25 Broadway

The spectacular interiors of the original Cunard Ticket Offices will become a high-end event space for weddings and other celebrations. The domed ceilings and perimeter walls will be illuminated to reveal the original painted murals depicting steamship routes and mythic nautical scenes.
