A Commons Building containing a large Café, Lounge areas and a 350 seat divisible Meeting Room anchors this residence hall.  Dormitory spaces, offices, seminar rooms and all other public spaces are included in Illumination Arts’ scope for this new building.  The project is pursuing LEED Silver or Gold certification, and the lighting has been designed to minimize the impact of the energy package.  Sleek, contemporary luminaires have been selected to work with the architecture.  Exterior building and pathway lighting is included in the design.
