This former company headquarters is being rejuvenated as a multi-tenant office park.  Illumination Arts is designing interior and exterior lighting throughout the property, including lighting for a new entry atrium, secondary lobbies, a LEED fitness center, pedestrian paths, landscaping and parking lots.  Together with the architect, landscape architect and the rest of the design team, IA is helping the owner reposition the property and draw new corporate clients.
