Located in a
wooded marsh environment, this working laboratory is
designed specifically to support and enhance the study of birds. The
lighting scope included the visitor’s center, display areas, a library
and meeting spaces, with special emphasis on a two-story glass enclosed
bird-viewing area, which is the centerpiece of the building design.
Specially designed lighting solutions were devised to minimize glare or
reflection on this glass wall.
